Grangemoor Park (Ely inlet)

Friday, 13 December, 9:45 am12:00 pm

GraWe will be tackling the Ely Trail, Grangemoor Park and the inlet off the River Ely in Grangetown.

We will meet at 0945 in the small car park off the roundabout on Dunleavy Drive (see map below).

Space is limited in the car park itself, but we will open the gate to the Ely Trail, where we can park to the left as well.

There will be something for everyone! People in waders can tackle the inlet, and people who prefer to stay on dry land can litter-pick Grangemoor Park and the Ely Trail.

All tools and equipment — gloves, litter-pickers, bags, hoops, safety glasses, etc — will be provided. (But if you have your own litter picking equipment, please bring it along. We sometimes get so many volunteers now that we do risk running out of things!)

Please wear wellies, boots or stout shoes, and suitable ‘working’ clothing.

You might also want to bring waterproofs in case of wet weather.

Come along and Make A DIFFerence!
